All of our arrangements are carefully tied, packaged and inspected prior to shipping. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at carol@petalsandpearlsdesign.com within 7 days from delivery date with your order number, a description of the issue, and attach a photo of the defect/damage. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only. Please allow at least 3 business days for a refund to post to your account.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY

All crepe paper arrangement orders over $40 ship free within the USA via USPS First Class. Orders placed Monday- Friday (excluding holidays) will be shipped within 7 days, pending item availability and payment verification. Orders placed on Friday after 12pm EST will be shipped the following Monday or subsequent business day. Cut-off times are provided as guidelines only and do not take into account possible delays caused by item availability, payment verification, and shipping carrier delays.

Once your item is in transit, we cannot guarantee delivery date. Estimated transit times are based on USPS tracking information. Please refer to your email confirmation for tracking information. The customer accepts responsibility for any undeliverable, missing and/or lost packages.

EXPRESS SHIPPING POLICY

You may upgrade your shipping at additional charge to overnight shipping, Saturday delivery, or any other special shipping needs. While the above cut off times still apply, we will do our best to accommodate your order. It is the customer's responsibility to select the appropriate shipping method for their needs. Upgraded shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
